Job Summary:
The Retail Supervisor is responsible for maintaining outstanding customer service as per company standards, generating sales, merchandising, and safeguarding company assets. Acts as store department lead and helps ensure the department had appropriate inventory levels.

Generate sales, and demonstrate and maintain a professional standard of guest serviceResponsible for opening and closing storeEvaluate sales trends and create methods for sales growthManage retail and rental inventory control and meet or exceed inventory goalsEnforce company cash handling policies and procedures, and other loss prevention policiesManage sales floor team and rental processAct as a mentor who can train and lead a sales team with effective communicationProvide great customer service to all guestsEnsure pricing is accurate and current including any and all promotionsStocks shelves, counters, or tables with merchandiseOther duties as assignedJob Requirements:
Previous retail sales experience - requiredPrevious snow sport industry experience - preferredAbility to communicate fluently with co-workers and guests in accurate spoken and written English - requiredAbility to maintain a working knowledge of products and trends within the industryCommitment to exceptional customer serviceBasic computer skillsAbility to work a flexible schedule; including nights, holidays and weekends - required
The expected pay range is $23.00. This is the pay range we reasonably expect to pay for this position. Individual compensation decisions are based on a variety of factors.
