Acquiring, merging, and refining data from primary and/or secondary data sources such as Smart Sheets and Oracle Fusion to help management make informed inventory decisions. This position will also be responsible for performing and assisting in data-heavy tasks in Fusion. As well as understating, applying, maintaining, and creating new inventory items. The Analyst will also maintain all of the in-house teams' Smart Sheets.Responsibilities:Data entry, system maintenance and sheet/ form maintenance for Inventory supportReview and process new inventory item requests and inventory level updatesMaintain restock levels in Oracle / Smart SheetsItem updates and inventory compliance for E&O and ABC classesAssist with Parts usage researchInventory Specialist official backup for cycle countsOther duties assigned by managementWorking Relationships: This position will need to interact will all of the FSS in-house team. They will be working closely with their direct supervisor, the Purchase Order Coordinator and the parts team.Requirements:Minimum Education: High School Diploma or GEDPreferred Education: High School Diploma or GEDMinimum Experience: 0-2 yrs. of general computer skills. Excel and Smart Sheet knowledge preferredPreferred Experience: 2-5 yrs. of general computer skills. Excel and Smart Sheet knowledge preferredLicenses/Certifications: None.Soft Skills: Strong Communication Skills, Multi-Tasking, Ability to Organize.
