As a full-time Embedded School Based Therapist at Ellie Mental Health, you'll share our vision for improving and expanding access to quality mental health care to youth in an elementary school setting at District 833 and thrive in an environment driven by our core values of authenticity, humor, compassion, creativity, acceptance, and determination.

Required Skills/Abilities:Preferred Master's degree in one of the behavioral sciences or related fields. Or, pursuing Master's level clinical internship/practicum
Candidates will have clinical licensure or be on licensure track for LMFT, LPCC, LICSW, LP etc.
Experience with completing DAs, treatment plans and clinical case notes
Ability to demonstrate and model stable, appropriate boundaries with clients
Proficient in the use of Office 365 and EHR systems (Valant), including collection of co-payments.
Preferred 1 year of experience with children, adolescents, families
Responsibilities include:Evaluate mental health diagnoses, create, implement and maintain treatment plans and complete ongoing documentation.
Coordinate services with case managers, families, work personnel, medical personnel, other Ellie staff, and school staff as needed
Provide consultation to parents and school staff
Utilize creativity in interventions to help clients achieve and exceed goals
Attend and participate in all clinical staff meetings and trainings
Attend school meetings (IEP meetings, Student Intervention team, etc.)
