ROLE SUMMARY: The
Custom Graphics Supervisor
will be responsible for overseeing the designing and printing signs and banners utilizing different PC hardware and software, trimming, assembling, and finishing signage at the finishing table. Supervising a great team along with connecting consumers with our market leading brands is our dream.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: Manage Graphics Team Designers, Finishers, Carrier Forecast expected monthly signage production targets Maintain Department Service Level adherence Manage SignTrak, Tagify, PermaTrak, and OnTrak platforms Maintain all graphics department equipment, identify and communicate needs to TMM Organize graphics orders daily for various branches and stage for delivery Tracks and manages inventory of all POCM/Graphics material, work off a build-to order to replenish necessary materials and complete signage requests Route weekly graphics deliveries consistently based on branch/market needs Ensure branch locations are organized and completed signage communicated to get out to trade Work with TMMs to help closely develop and manage sign making budgets Communicate with National, Region and AB ONE TM departments to ensure we have the latest programming SMT's, local programming layered files to print signage Communicate to the sales team via monthly newsletter all new sign making SMT's/programs available Communicate to Sr. AB ONE leadership department updates, upcoming programs, bulk market requests bi-weekly JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor's Degree in Design, Visual Communications, Marketing, Advertising, or related field preferred 3+ years of experience in CPG sales & marketing. Experience in the beer/alcohol industry is preferred Analytical problem solver who can collaborate over cross-functional teams, prioritize, and make decisions, while maintaining an excellent attention to detail and consistency to creative guidelines Excellent organization, project management, communication and presentation skills Understanding of Adobe Creative Suite, Photoshop, and emerging design technology. Proficient in Microsoft Office Ability to articulate the creative execution of multiple channels; package design (can labels, bottle labels, cartons, marketing channels: social media, photo, digital, film/video, print etc. to meet business objectives Demonstrated understanding of customer base and familiarity with company product assortment Strong work ethic, flexibility, and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment WHY ANHEUSER-BUSCH: Anheuser-Busch has always dreamed big.
