Sr Human Resources Generalist
to support the manufacturing operations onsite in Lakewood, OH. The main objectives of this high-impact role are focused on supporting the key HR strategies to attract, engage, develop, reward, and retain a diverse, highly qualified, and culturally aligned employee base. Youll get to:Provide a full range of day-to-day HR support to the local team including staffing, employee/labor relations, performance management, organizational development, benefits, compensation, and training & development.Identified opportunities for continuous improvement in internal processes and makes constructive suggestions for change. Develop appropriate plans in support of key business needs in a dynamic, changing environment.Implement and monitor adherence to all organization-specific Human Resource related policies, procedures, and practices, act as a liaison to staff regarding policies.Drive employee engagement through effective communication, employee events and activities.Work collaboratively with employees, supervisors, and managers to resolve employee relations issues and maintain an open-door policy.Weekly responsibility for payroll submission through ADP Time and Attendance (ie review of hours/missed punches)Manage the Leave of Absence and Workers Compensation Administration through our 3rd party vendorsWorks cohesively with all functional organizations (at all levels) to deliver expected results consistently.Promote strong relationships between the Company and the Community to develop good corporate citizenship.Provide ongoing support for departmental reporting needs, including data analysis and recommendations.Partner with union leaders to establish solid working relationships and create a high-performance work team.Provide guidance and mediation to employees and managers in the resolution of work-related issues and inquires.Partner with SR HR Manager on a variety of tactical and project work.Other duties as assigned.The Person:You love to learn and grow and be acknowledged for your valuable contributions.
