Project Engineer

This engineer will develop and manage capital projects (CAPEX) from concept to start-up and commissioning. You will support process optimization efforts throughout the plant. Additionally, you will work hands-on with plant maintenance and reliability teams to troubleshoot and resolve reliability issues and equipment failures across the operation.Required Qualifications and SkillsBachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering5-7 years of experience in a manufacturing setting.Design and develop manufacturing CAPEX and capacity projects including schematics and designs in AutoCAD or Pro Engineer.Plan and coordinate production projects, including scheduling and budgeting.Collaborate with production teams to optimize manufacturing processes, improve product quality, and reduce costs.Oversee the installation, maintenance, and repair of plant equipment, including welding and assembly line setup.Troubleshoot equipment malfunctions and perform root cause analysis to prevent future issues.
