Designing automation processes as per the operational needs of an organization.Scripting and coding in RPA tool (UiPath) to resolve automation issues.Reviewing the code and the design and guiding in the development and integration of systems.Configuring new automation with efficient and easily understandable automation tools.Documenting the automation procedures.Demonstrating Agile & Lean values like cooperation, transparency, courage, and humility to foster teamwork.Creating business value by understanding and challenging business requirements and translating them into functional requirements.Designing and deploying solutions while contributing to organizational change, communication, and training.Maintaining and optimizing a working solution by providing support level 3.Minimum Requirements:

Should have good communication and presentation skills. Should have an understanding of the existing JS architecture and propose architecture as part of migration. Should have demonstrated ability to work in an AGILE environment. Problem-solving and analytical skills are essential.Required Skills:

4+ years of experience in RPA (UI Path). Primary Skills include Robotic Process Automation (UiARD - UI Path Advanced RPA Developer), OOP’s concept, and experience in creating detailed business plans and sales strategies to achieve sales objectives.Life at Capgemini:
