Available for all our footprints in AK, WA, CA, MT, OR, TX and/or NM
The Senior eLearning Developer will use their knowledge of sound instructional design techniques utilizing learning design software and tools, including but not limited to: Storyline, Camtasia, Audacity, Captivate, Go Animate, Photo Shop. In this role, the eLearning Developer will create rich online learning solutions to meet the needs of the organization.
The Developer will implement, maintain and project manage relevant targeted training and development programs including: job aids, web-based e-learning, interactive games, simulations, interactive video, learning apps, mobile learning and testing. This position is also responsible for the ongoing maintenance of current course content, revisions, and implementations.

Required Qualifications:
3 years On-line instructional design or classroom based instructional design; proven track record of successful program design, delivery and evaluation.
3 years experience with various eLearning software (i.e. Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, Camtasia).
Successful track record of working effectively with subject matter experts from a wide variety of disciplines.
Demonstrated experience producing high quality e-learning experiences with small budgets.
Experience locating, assessing, and building relationships with outside vendors to create budget conscious and effective internal learning experiences.
Experience consulting and teaching others on the basics of online instructional design and delivery to improve content and courses delivered by subject matter experts.
Proven track record of finding creative ways to leverage learning technologies to reach and effectively train a widely dispersed and diverse workforce.
Track record of achieving results and has an energy level that instills a sense of urgency in others when organizational and/or customer needs are at stake.
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Education, Adult Learning, Instructional Design, Human Resources, Business, or related discipline.
3 years experience in a multi-site healthcare environment.
