What You’ll Do:
Shape TV schedules:
Be an essential part of the team that keeps our stations’ programming on track by managing and tracking data in Excel and other software tools.
Collaborate across the industry:
You’ll communicate with Hollywood studios, business partners, and internal teams to keep everyone in the loop and ensure flawless execution.
Dive into special projects:
Get involved in exciting projects that require flexibility, creativity, and collaboration.
Work with remote programmers:
Be part of a remote team of experts ensuring that our TV schedules are up-to-date and accurate for stations across the country.
Manage contracts:
Review, analyze, and maintain agreements for some of the biggest syndicated shows and sports broadcasts in the country.

What We’re Looking For:
Bachelor’s degree or at least one year of administrative or media-related experience.
Ability to meet tight deadlines while maintaining a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
Expert organizational and time management skills.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
Positive, can-do attitude with a passion for learning and growth.
A strong desire to explore the world of TV programming and make a real impact.
We are hiring for two open positions with different shift options: 8:30am-5:30pm EST and 10am-7pm EST.

The hourly compensation range for this role is $24.03 to $26.44. Final compensation for this role will be determined by various factors such as a candidate’s relevant work experience, skills, certifications, and geographic location. Full time positions are eligible for benefits that include participation in a retirement plan, quarterly and annual incentive plan bonuses, life and disability insurance, health, dental and vision plans, flexible spending accounts, 15 paid vacation days, 2 paid personal days, 9 paid holidays, 40 hours of paid sick leave, parental leave, and employee stock purchase plan.
