OVERVIEW
The Transformation Lead plays a crucial role in leading and supporting initiatives aimed at continuous improvement in planning and inventory management. Some experience in Anaplan is a plus given Alo’s base planning platform is Anaplan. In addition, this role requires a deep understanding of strategic planning, process improvement, system implementation, and change management. This person will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for improvement, develop solutions, and lead projects to deliver successful outcomes.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Collaborate closely with Planning, Buying, and Allocation to understand and enhance their respective systems and processes. Discuss with functional leads and SMEs to determine their needs, coordinate with internal and/or external Technology teams to design, implement, and update solutions to meet those needs so users can be effective in their daily jobs.
Through clear and concise communication, work with functional leads to develop a project plan for key transformation initiatives and ensure successful go-live change management from beginning to end.
Operate as a transformation liaison understanding current business processes and making recommendations for improvements based on industry trends and business knowledge. Proactively look for automation opportunities to remove existing manual practices.
Work closely with Alo IT, third-party SaaS vendors, and Anaplan teams to ensure best practices across data integration, governance, new releases, and incident resolutions.
Manage external consultants and third-party SaaS vendors to oversee P&A projects end-to-end; ensure best practices and strong time management skills to set realistic expectations with P&A and leadership.
Actively build and nurture a culture of learning, respect, transparency, and trust within P&A and Transformation.
QUALIFICATIONS
+2 years of Anaplan experience, certified solution architect and model builder a plus.
Strong project management skills coordinating multiple projects with external consultants and internal cross-functional teams.
Knowledge of multiple tools such as Alteryx, Tableau, Confluence, Lucid, Asana, and JIRA to document and enhance systematic structures between Transformation and Technology.
Demonstrate relevant industry knowledge to problem-solve and business acumen to communicate with cross-functional Business and Technology teams to understand and solve for their pain points within P&A and Alo ERP and tools.
Experience in FP&A, Supply Chain Planning, Planning, and Allocation a plus.
