What You'll Do
Operate a forklift to move material and supplies as requiredConstantly perform a wide range of physical activities which include pulling, reaching, bending over, climbing, and kneelingAssist in performing inventory on materialsGrading and inspecting in-bound loads of material; to include making deductions in loads that have excess such as dirt, trash, and/or plasticIdentify and sort various metalsKeeping records of incoming loads, specific materials, customers' specific materialsLooking for and eliminating hazards from in-coming loads prior to processing, including chemicals, flammable material and explosive itemsSort, transport, pack, remove, and dispose of materials as regulated by lawWhat You'll Need
Must be able to lift 50 pounds, climb ladders and stepsMust be able to work overtime, either planned or unplanned for emergency situationsMust be able and willing to cross train as requiredMust be able to work outside under all weather conditions to include working in the heat and cold weatherStand for long periods of timeFollow the proper OSHA regulationsYour Education
High School Diploma or GED preferred
