This expansion will super-charge our social impact, and help us become the first for-profit company to build a national network of high school student-athletes.

Role Overview:Are you driven by the challenge of building something new? Does your entrepreneurial spirit thrive in a fast-growing environment? If so, Positive Athlete is seeking a dynamic and motivated Regional Director, Great Lakes/IL Market Lead to drive our efforts in the Chicago Metropolitan Area and beyond.

In this role, you'll spearhead the expansion of Positive Athlete in the Great Lakes region, initially focusing on the Illinois market and expanding into neighboring markets (WI, IN, OH, MI, KY). Your mission: grow school involvement in our recognition and development programs while driving revenue through the sale of corporate partnerships and sponsorships.

Key Responsibilities:Lead and oversee Positive Athlete operations across the Great Lakes Region, starting with the Illinois market.Drive school engagement by building relationships with high schools and community partners.Generate revenue through the sale of corporate sponsorships and partnerships.Travel within your region to meet with schools, corporate partners, and community stakeholders.Collaborate with internal teams to develop and execute growth strategies.Plan recognition events for local award and scholarship winners.Qualifications:

High-character and strong intent that is aligned with the Positive Athlete mission.Proven experience in sales and partnership development.Passion for working with youth sports and educational programs.Entrepreneurial mindset with a strong ability to work independently.Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.Ability to travel frequently within Illinois MarketAbility to travel as necessary within the Great Lakes region (WI, IN, OH, MI, KY).Preferred Attributes:

Sponsorship/Partnership sales experience in the Chicago Metro AreaBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sport Management or related fieldFormer high school athlete or experience in high school sportsEvent planning experienceWhy Join Positive Athlete?

Compensation Information Salary Range: $80,000-$85,000 Plus Commission Bonus on Sales Over Yearly Goals
