The right candidate is responsible for the procurement of hardware and software*Essential Duties and Responsibilities*include the following. Other duties may be assigned.* Responsible for the procurement of hardware in support of company-wide IT requests* Maintain inventory levels necessary to fulfill equipment requests on material shipped from the corporate office to end-users* Responsible for the procurement of software, maintenance of licensing information and inventory of software media* Update inventory system with new product part number and descriptions for issuance of purchase orders* Track order status with vendors and provides status to customers on outstanding requests. Work directly with shipping and receiving on order issues and changes* Issue Purchase Order and Lease Equipment Order requests from other team members and departments* Assist in processing receipts of open orders and recording of assets into inventory records* Assist as necessary in the processing of IT requests* Conducts all business in a professional and ethical manner to serve customers and increase the goodwill and profit of the company* Ability to work overtime*Education and/or Experience** High school diploma or general education degree (GED)* One to two years related experience/training* Ability to work well within a team* Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently to balance competing deadlines with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail* Ability to multitask and prioritize deadlines* Possess strong interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills* Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written oral form or via DRH applications* Proficiency with MS Office and email* Ability to sit for majority of 8-hour workday; use hands and fingers to handle or feel; reach with hands and arms; talk and hear.
