These range from groups such as the Black Employee Network, Amazon Women and Engineering, and LGBTQ+.Basic Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent- 2+ years of non-internship professional software development experience- 1+ years of non-internship design or architecture (design patterns, reliability and scaling) of new and existing systems experience- Experience programming with at least one software programming language- A willingness to dive deep and get things done- Be passionate about software innovationPreferred Qualifications- MS in Computer Science or equivalent industry experience- High attention to detail and proven ability to manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment where continuous innovation is desired- Experiencing building and maintaining mission-critical software.- Experience successfully mentoring junior software engineersAmazon is committed to a diverse and inclusive workplace.
