Duties
Maintain accounting records/subsidiary ledgers for Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, collections, payments, income, liabilities, payroll, assets, and equipment.Ensures the accuracy and timeliness of accounting documents submitted by assigned activities.Determines that all transactions are properly processed, and that total activity agrees with predetermined control tables.Analyses and reviews report and machine listing to assure they are in balance and in proper format and sort sequence, that accounting data is valid and that it adheres to prescribed regulatory manuals and procedures.Classifies erroneous conditions referring complex errors/problems to the accountant.Requirements

Must possess experience using Adobe, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook.Must have successfully completed at least 9 semester hours in accounting at an accredited college or university.(To receive credit for these courses, you MUST upload your transcript(s) at the time of application.)

This is a pay-banded position.Sunday premium pay may be authorized by the Garrison Commander.
If authorized, only regular (full-time, part-time, limited tenure and seasonal) employees may be paid Sunday premium pay.
When authorized, Sunday premium will be paid at the rate of 25% of the basic rate for all hours of non-overtime, when any part of the scheduled tour of duty is performed on Sunday (to a maximum of 8 hours per Sunday).
