We are seeking a

Human Resources Director

to join our leadership team. The Human Resources Director (HRD) is responsible for executing Human Resource activities at the facility for all functional areas, (e.g., recruitment, employee relations, compensation, compliance, etc.) and serves as a professional resource for facility management on all HR-related activities.

Qualifications

Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or related field required, Master's degree highly preferred.Minimum of 5-7 years of experience as a human resource professional; 3 years of management experience required, and 5 years of healthcare experience preferred.HRCI or SHRM certification preferred.
