Network Manager
The Network Manager is responsible for the organization's data and voice network design, configuration, installation, maintenance, and operation. This individual will work closely with their teammates in the Information Technology Department, and in partnership with other program and operational departments, to provide a robust and reliable technology infrastructure and offer high-quality customer service.
Under the supervision of the Technology Director, the Network Manager plays a central role in supporting College Track's IT infrastructure as we continue to grow and expand. You will join an IT team that is actively modernizing its infrastructure and standardizing processes to increase automation and improve customer service. You will have the opportunity to influence the technical direction, execution, and delivery of infrastructure across multiple technologies.
The Network Manager will ensure high performance, reliability, and cost-effectiveness of the network across the organization, and provide technical guidance and support at each site (including multifunction printers, AV, phone and security systems). You will assist in all aspects of security remediation, ensuring that our infrastructure is kept up-to-date, current and compliant. You'll keep a focus on automation, monitoring, and improving network stability, standardization, and speed. Because we are a relatively small team, we are highly collaborative and expect all teammates to support team-wide projects and initiatives, and take an active role in cross-training to ensure coverage.

You'll know
Network Manager
is the right fit for you if...You have 4-6 years of relevant experience, with at least three years in a network support positionYou have deep knowledge of network operating systems, products, management tools and equipment (routers, servers, switches, firewalls, workstations, and various computer operating systems).You have exemplary communication skills; ability to explain complex, highly technical information to non-technical colleagues using clear, simple language.You have a high degree of flexibility and adaptability; can work within an ambitious, fast-moving environment, while also driving toward clarity and solution.You are a constant learner who is interested in being a proactive, positive member of the teamYou have a history of achieving results and willingness to do "whatever it takes" to reach goals.You are able to travel to our site nearest you on an as needed basis

This position is full-time exempt. College Track offers a competitive, region-specific, salary based on our compensation philosophy, which is grounded in market data. Please see below for the full salary ranges based on location are below:
Oakland, D.C Metro:$102,000 - $138,000
Sacramento, New Orleans: $96,900 - $131,100
Denver Metro: $91,800 - $124,200
As a new staff member, you can likely expect an offer in the middle of the range to ensure internal equity while leaving room
for salary growth during your time at College Track. The target range for each location is listed below.
Oakland, D.C Metro: $118,200 - $123,600
Sacramento, New Orleans: $112,290 - $117,420
Denver Metro: $106,380 - $111,240
