ABOUT THIS ROLE

Zentro is a private Internet Service Provider that exclusively services multifamily properties. A recognized leader in the Chicago market, Zentro has expanded to Nashville and Atlanta, and is looking to develop in those markets. The company is financially stable and considered on of the best in class. The sales compensation is competitive, and the commission program has been identified as the best in the sector.

To apply, and to succeed, you must have previous experience calling on Owners and Developers in the market.

You MUST arrive with a book of potential customers (owners, developers and apartment or condo managers) to sell to!

We will work closely with you to make you proficient on the product, but the current business environment favors existing relationships in order to win over new customers on these critical services.

The Business Development Manager sells Zentro Internet services for a contract period to the Owners and Managers of Multiple Dwelling Unit (MDU) buildings, including condos, apartments, retirement communities, and student housing. This HUNTER role's singular focus is the signing of Agreements leading to Revenue from billed services to properties, to increase revenue, profit and presence in the identified market area.

Duties and Responsibilities

Direct Sales

Sells new customers Zentro's services.Target customers are MDU Owners and Management Companies of existing sites, and Owners, Developers and Management of greenfield MDU sites in the NASHILLE OR ATLANTA markets.Zentro Sales Management will train and develop the candidate on:

Comprehensive understanding of Zentro's product and service offerings Basic, Bulk and Managed Wi-Fi services as well as those of market competitorsAccurately completing required modeling and Zoho CRM records to maintain impeccable trail of plans and activity for Opportunities.Writing proposals, creating, and presenting winning client presentations, leading RFP response process and follows pricing guidelines toward successful contract negotiation with new clientsLeveraging every available resource to identify prospects that can lead to closing renewals and new /additional properties utilizing professional sales techniques.Implementation, Planning and Execution

Candidate must be able to:

Communicate clearly and cohesively in both verbal and written form.Formulate plans and generate measurable ROI for tradeshow events, including evaluation of participation, events success and compliance with tracking.Helps coordinate management of accounts and transition of new services.Self start to work creatively to find solutions and develop opportunities.Create business plans that enhance the market area to develop future opportunities in a more competitive manner and analyzes market opportunity to make recommendations of strategies.Work religiously in Zoho CRM to enter all relevant activity and produces weekly status reports and pricing requests by following the prescribed procedures and processes, and provide regular updates to executive team regarding activity, client and account status, details of win/loss records, accurate pipeline forecasting and reporting, and summaries of annual revenue and profitability targets.Qualifications

Education/Experience:

College degree preferred.Minimum 2 years cold calling and other direct sales experience calling on Developers, Owners or MDU Management companies.Existing contacts and access to decision makers in the marketMinimum Skills and/or Knowledge Required:

Strong proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint, and Zoho or other CRM software.Motivated and energetic self-starter who is focused on achievement and consistent performance.Demonstrated ability to work independently in a fast paced environment.Ability to penetrate leads by creatively developing opportunities and relationships at executive and management levels within Property Management companies, REITS, and Condominium Associations.Punctual and detail oriented with ability to follow up with every opportunity and build trust with prospects while establishing the Zentro brand name.Excellent oral and written communication skills.Professional business demeanor.Candidate must be an exceptional and confident oral communicator, and able to write very clearly, with an ability to review and edit all internal and external written communication.

Position pay is salary based on experience and includes the most lucrative commission program in the industry.
