DAV/Data Quality Specialist

DAV/Data Quality Specialist Primary Location: Raleigh, North Carolina V-Soft Consulting is currently hiring for a DAV/Data Quality Specialist for our premier client in Raleigh, North Carolina. Education and Experience " Mature knowledge of health information exchange data standards and formats, including knowledge of Electronic Health Record Systems data architecture: 3 Years. Subject matter expert (SME) level of knowledge working with clinical data, EHRs, HL7 v2 and C- CDA messages: 3 Years. Proven experience with clinical data ETL techniques, data verification, data quality management, and validation: 3 Years. Experience with analyzing and documenting processes and requirement specifications and developing clinical workflows: 3 Years. Understanding of general IT architectural principles, technical designs and specifications: 3 Years. Excellent verbal and written communication skills including the ability to interact and communicate effectively with non-technical clients: 3 Years. Knowledge of HIPAA & health care regulatory compliance as they relate to Electronic Health Record/Electronic Medical Record systems & HIE: 3 Years. Experience with Microsoft Office Tools, including Microsoft Project, Visio, Excel and PowerPoint.: 3 Years. Ability to interact as a productive team member on a project team or manages a project task: 3 Years. Ability to weigh alternatives and consequences to make informed decisions on current operational issues.: 3 Years. WHAT YOU'LL DO: Job Responsibilities: Position will have a good grasp of clinical information systems and be able to communicate needs to information technology staff. Position interacts with a broad range of clients and/or technology support employees, requiring strong communications skills and ability to use a wide range of technical resources for providing technical support. Understanding of Medicaid programs and the data/reporting needs for Medicaid Enterprise Systems implementation, population health management and quality measurement. Interested?
