Must have 1-3 years experience and be proficient with Double Time, Old Republic National Title and Microsoft Word and Excel.Responsibilities include; new client intake, ordering title from Old Republic, payoffs, surveys, estoppel letters, lien searches, preparing closing disclosures and HUD-1, seller documents, and all pre-closing work. You will need to communicate with all parties and provide excellent customer service.Bilingual a Plus !
