As an
Account Manager, OEM
you will be responsible for developing, executing, and owning a long-term account strategy for our key strategic data partnerships.
This role will oversee retention and expansion of accounts in addition to driving adoption of our data solutions in core processes across the business. You will own the relationship with customers and key decision makers to ensure our data delivers significant value to their products and organizations.
So, what will you be doing all day?
Develop and execute long-term account strategies for customers, focusing on retention and expansion. Oversee the renewal process and increase renewal rates by fostering strong partnerships with key decision-makers. Identify and lead up-sell and cross-sell opportunities to drive new business growth, enhancing customer advocacy and reference-ability. Manage relationships with account users to ensure high engagement and data adoption, exceeding commercial targets. Influence future lifetime value through increased data adoption, customer satisfaction, and overall engagement. Collaborate with internal teams to align our data strategy with customer needs. This is the perfect job for someone who:
Minimum 3 years of commercial experience in navigating renewals and up-sells, preferably in a SaaS environment. Strong understanding of key digital web metrics and various online marketing channels. Proven experience in managing data partnerships, demonstrating the ability to cultivate and maintain strong relationships that drive mutual success, including the ability to articulate value propositions for integrated data solutions. Ability to translate complex data concepts into actionable strategies that enhance client value and drive decision-making. Experience working with C-suite executives at client organizations, effectively communicating insights and presenting strategic recommendations that align with their business objectives. Strong analytical skills to assess data needs and identify growth opportunities within client organizations. Demonstrated success in developing long-term strategic plans that leverage data partnerships to achieve business goals.

The base salary range for this position in New York City is $74,400 - $141,900 + benefits including: medical, dental and vision insurance, 401K plan, potential equity, employee stock purchase plan and paid sick and parental leave.
In addition, this position is eligible to participate in the company's sales incentive plan, with a maximum target OTE of up to $215,000, depending upon the final terms of employment and achievement of established targets.
Individual compensation is based upon a number of factors, including qualifications and relevant experience.
The base salary range above is for the New York City metro area, and could vary for candidates in other locations.
