Knoxville
As a Paid Social Analyst, you will be responsible for supporting media initiatives, data analysis, and basic paid social execution. You are an entry-level team member who is eager to learn and grow in the digital marketing space. You are a data-driven individual who enjoys analyzing metrics and providing insights to create actionable optimizations that improve paid media performance. You are detail-oriented, organized, and enjoy collaborating with team members to execute campaigns that meet or exceed client expectations.
What you'll be doing:
Providing support for paid social media initiativesAnalyzing data and providing insights to create actionable optimizations that improve paid media performanceAssisting in basic paid social execution including billing, basic reporting, and ad build-outsMonitoring and pacing campaign budgets to ensure they are being spent effectivelyAssisting senior team members with the calendar creation processCollaborating with cross-functional teams to execute campaigns that meet or exceed client expectationsStaying current with industry trends and best practicesWhat you bring:
Entry-level experience in a digital marketing roleA passion for digital marketing and social mediaBasic understanding of social media platforms and ad serversStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsAbility to calculate metrics with only partial information to create accurate projections, estimates, or reportsExcellent organizational and time management skillsStrong communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environmentBachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, business, or related field
