Position Overview:We are seeking a responsible and driven candidate passionate about enhancing team performance. This long-term position offers significant opportunities for professional growth. While prior spa industry or membership-driven sales experience is preferred, it is not mandatory. Assistant Managers play a crucial role in delivering a world-class experience for our valued members and guests. Collaborating closely with the Regional Spa Director, they set the spa's tone, coach the front desk and sales teams, and drive membership and gift card sales to foster business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Experience:

Provide excellent customer service and experiences to all guests and members.

Team Leadership:

Recruit, train, and manage spa staff, fostering a culture of excellence and teamwork.

Sales Success:

Exceed personal sales metrics, as well as assist Spa Director in managing team sales performance by driving key metrics.

Operations Management:

Assist Spa Director with daily operations, including scheduling, inventory management, and maintaining a clean and welcoming environment.

Sales and Marketing:

Passionately promote products and services, utilizing social media and grassroots community engagement.

Qualifications:

Passion for communicating with people and providing excellent service with a positive attitude.

Capability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and some holidays.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

A fast learner, comfortable in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

Computer proficiency; knowledge of retail/appointment booking computer systems is a plus.

A strong team player with the ability to work independently under minimal supervision.

Exceptional organizational skills, including attention to detail and multitasking.

Critical thinking skills, including customer conflict resolution.
