Monday to Friday2nd Shift: 3:00pm - 11:30pm, $17/hr.Great environment. Benefits, to include profit sharing.Will be working in the production and packaging department making food products for a company in Cincinnati, OHPosition Summary:Food manufacturing facility looking for a hardworking Sanitation Worker. In this role, you will disinfect surfaces, sanitize all components of our food production and processing equipment, and ensure that there is no unnecessary waste along the assembly line. You will also clean the floors, ensure that the building ventilation is clean and working correctly, and refill sanitary products and soap in the bathrooms. Since we provide consumable products for sale and distribution to the public, we expect you to report any potential contamination issues.Responsibilities:Use approved chemicals to disinfect surfacesDisassemble, sanitize, and reassemble food processing equipmentDispose of waste along the assembly lineSweep and mop the floorsDust ventilation ducts to ensure proper airflowRefill soap and hand towels in the bathroomsReport potential issues to managementMaintains a clean and organized workstation. Maintains strict housekeeping guidelines and safety practices at all times.Recognize and report any problems, issues, discrepancies, or questions to Process Technician and/or Supervisor in a timely fashion.Fill out and maintain required data on sanitation related forms. Maintain a clean, safe, and orderly work environment.Must have reliable and consistent attendance as well as be punctual and dependable in order to meet the needs of the department and the organization.Other duties to be assigned.Skills/Qualifications:To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. English preferred.Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Must be able to work with minimal supervision, meet and maintain high quality work standards, and adapt quickly to new projects/assignments.
