Delivers materials to the assigned places at the correct time according to the production scheduleMonitors Inventory, Reports Part Shortages, Resolves missing part issues and communicate inventory arrival dates to prevent delays in productionForklift Mechanical Assembler
Assembly of sheet metal, mechanical components, hydraulic equipment, electrical components, pump assembly, etc.Read, interpret and follow basic blueprints, instructions, diagrams, engineering drawings, and other written instructions or proceduresInspect and test assembled parts and equipmentAbility to use the following tools/equipment: Impact Guns Wrenches Hammer Tape Measure Operating Cranes and other tools as necessaryMaintenance Technician
Performs inspections, preventative maintenance and repairs on facility and equipment. (Toyota will provide tools)Installs new equipment and fixtures.Fabricates metal to include: cutting, forming and joining.Conduct analysis on electrical controls and circuitsUses Programmable Logic Controller (PLC) to troubleshoot equipment malfunctionsCoordinates with contractors for onsite projects.Orders, receives or collects, and stocks parts and other maintenance materials.CNC Machinist/Operator
Operator selects, positions and secures setup using clamps, jaws, lathe jaws, fixtures and hand tools.Starts machine and adjusts controls to set and regulate machining facts, such as speeds, feeds, tools, chuck psi and other machine offsets to create quality componentWorks cross functionally with other associates and CNC programmer to understand and improve existing processesInspects or measures work, using tape measures, calipers, gauges and other assorted measuring instrumentsPainter
Prepare metal for painting or powder coating by sanding spatter and rust, and wiping down steelUtilize various hand-held tools such as grinders and pressure washersLight Assembly for paint preparation such as masking and ink stenciling.May use material moving equipment such as cranes, pallet jacks, forklifts and dolliesUse correct paint and powder coating equipment settings and adjustments, along with proper coating application techniquesWelder
Reading Measuring, cutting, assembling, and installing materials as required.Operating equipment including but not limited to: saws, drills, grinders/buffers, plasma cutters, MIG welder/torches, fork lifts, scissors lifts, pallet jacks
