Come grow your career with Eurest.Job Summary The Wellness & Communications Coordinator is responsible for overseeing all nutrition, wellness, communications, and marketing initiatives for the account. This role will customize, support, coordinate, and measure nutrition and wellness programs, provide education, training, and guidance, and lead marketing and communications efforts to promote these initiatives. The coordinator will work collaboratively with the dining service director, regional director, chef, and marketing team to promote and support corporate nutrition goals, objectives, and strategies. The position also ensures compliance with FDA nutrition labeling laws and promotes wellness initiatives through effective communication strategies. Schedule: Monday-Friday, day shift. Key Responsibilities:Coordinates and implements sector-specific nutrition, wellness, and communications programs and initiatives.Participates in account retention, sales efforts, and quarterly business reviews.Collaborates with the marketing team to promote wellness programs through campaigns, social media, newsletters, and digital platforms.Develops and presents materials for wellness programs, including health fairs, lunch and learns, program launches, regional and district meetings, and client meetings. Creates communication and marketing materials tailored for different audiences.Manages menu and recipe development, nutrient analysis, and integrates nutrition messaging into marketing materials.Acts as a nutrition and wellness resource for clients, customers, and associates, addressing nutrition, sustainability, and marketing questions or concerns.Analyzes and reports on the success of wellness-related marketing and communication efforts, refining strategies based on data insights.Preferred Qualifications:Licensed by the State Dietetics Licensing Board in states where applicable.Three (3) years of experience in wellness programs, communications, and marketing in a foodservice or unit-specific environment.Culinary and/or foodservice experience preferred.Proven experience in developing and implementing wellness communication strategies, including social media, content marketing, and digital communications.
