Part TimeJob Summary:This is a part-time position. The Project Manager will organize Tuskegee University EFNEP educators, volunteers, and community partners to implement and evaluate program activities. The project manager will work closely with the EFNEP Director and SNAP-Ed coordinator, coordinating the distribution of flyers and extending the participants’ activities with the EFNEP’s core principles. This person will specifically be responsible for the purchasing, financial coordination, and organization of the Bridge program.Responsibilities:Communicate with team members and stakeholders.Ensure that tasks are completed on time and that deadlines are met.Keep track of a project’s progress to ensure it’s on track to meet its objectives and timeline.Prepare reports and documentation for each project, which may be updated weekly and then compiled quarterly or at the end of the project.Oversee the productivity and effectiveness of their team.Plan properly to avoid wasting time and effort and to consider financial losses.Assign tasks based on their team members’ skills and capabilities and trust them to perform their duties.Ensure that all aspects of the project meet performance standards, safety criteria, and government regulations.Perform other duties as assigned.Qualifications (Education, Experience and Specialized Training):Bachelor’s degree in nutrition, health education, or a related field.Over three years of related work experience.Must have a valid driver’s license.Physical Demands:Ability to operate standard office equipment.Ability to walk short distances.Ability to lift and carry parcels, packages and other items.Ability to prepare and analyze data and figures.Ability to view a computer terminal; extensive reading.Skills and Attributes:Knowledge of community-based education programs.Self-motivated.Flexible.Innovative and resourceful.Abilities:Travel for EFNEP training in designated counties.Posting Number:
