The Opportunity:CACI's Business and Information Technology Solutions (BITS) Sector is seeking data analytics support for the Navy’s Chief Information Officer (CIO) for the My Navy HR enterprise who is responsible for executing the development and sustainment of all information technology (IT) capabilities supporting OPNAV N1. The CIO ensures that IT architecture, solutions, data, and operational performance efficiently meets the evolving mission and business needs across the entire MyNavy HR enterprise. Responsibilities:Maintain knowledge of online analytical processing (OLAP) tools.Gather analytical requirements working with subject management experts.Develop data frameworks for data analysis to support end-user data discovery.Design and develop data models that optimize analytical reporting performance.Develop data extraction, transformation, cleansing, and loading processes between transactional and analytical systems.Build reports, dashboards, and OLAP databases to support end-user reporting and information requirements.Perform statistical analyses on data and predictive forecasting.Analyze and interpret results using statistical techniques.Interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets.Support My Navy HR functional data management, data governance, and business intelligence and analytics.Review current practices in how data is procured, stored, managed, interpreted, analyzed, applied, and disposed of.Identify relevant data security requirements, define data security policy and standards, assess current security risks and implement controls and procedures.Plan, analyze, develop, and design data integration and interoperability solutions.Implement and control activities necessary to store, protect, and access data found within electronic files and physical records.Manage database operations to include planning for continuity, developing instances, monitoring performance, testing, and migration.Develop and implement techniques, processes, and policies necessary for the collection and analysis of various types of data.
Qualifications:Required:Bachelor’s degree in information technology, computer science, mathematics, statistics, business, engineering, physical science, or Management Information Systems.Ten years of general experience in Data Analysis, Statistical Analysis, Problem Solving, Content Management, Software and Network Programming, Electronic Documentation, Information Assurance, Cybersecurity, System Administration, Network administration, Database administration Management, Data Governance, Data Quality, Test Data Management, Data Architecture, or Data Security.Specific experience in Programming (SQL, JAVA, Python, R), Data Analysis Software (e.g., Excel, SAS, SPSS), Database Query Language (e.g., SQL), Report Creation and Data Visualization (Tableau and R Studio), Understanding of Statistical Methods and Techniques to Analyze Data, DoD Risk Management Framework (RMF), and Managing Enterprise Level Cross Functional Teams.
Pay Range:
The proposed salary range for this position is: $68,400 - $143,700. Factors that can influence final salary include geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications.CACI is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer.
