VUMC IT Enterprise Collaboration PlatformJob Summary:
Develops the design, creation, and management of Enterprise Platform Architecture, under occasional guidance. Provides information for integrating the core technical platform, capabilities, and services that support business processes and data. Ensures key technology interactions and dependencies across systems/platforms impacting the organization's ability to achieve integration, compatibility, and performance targets. Designs, develops, enhances and maintains processes. Helps with planning of strategic, tactical and operational initiatives. Participates in the implementation of projects.Key Responsibilities:Assists with Strategic Planning and short- and long-term roadmaps.Assists in maintaining efficient operation and effectiveness of supported applications and services.Manages projects/processes, working under general supervision.Provides trend analysis with actionable items.The responsibilities listed are a general overview of the position and additional duties may be assigned.Technical Capabilities:Ad Hoc Reporting (Novice):
Possesses sufficient fundamental proficiency to successfully access information and prepare reports of moderate difficulty.Emerging Technologies (Intermediate):
Demonstrates in-depth knowledge of the new technology and its impact on the systems infrastructure of the company.Problem Management (Advanced):
Demonstrates the uppermost levels of expertise in Incident Tracking and Problem Reporting in challenging and complex situations.Product Knowledge (Intermediate):
Possesses sufficient knowledge, training, and experience to be capable of successfully developing or supporting applications for the product.Configuration Management and Planning (Intermediate):
