In this position, you will be communicating with clients and technicians to identify needs and coordinate testing. Project Coordinators have the first interaction with our clients in immediate need. Apply now!ResponsibilitiesCalling clients and techsScheduling field jobs with technicians, clients, and homeownersProviding excellent customer service and maintaining client relationsPreparing and gaining work authorizationsFile organization, faxing, and other administrative duties as neededAssisting in acquiring billing information for clients and insurance companiesQualificationsFamiliarity with San DiegoAbility to multi-taskPossess excellent written and verbal communication skillsAbility to adapt on the goHigh School Graduate (required), B.S.
