The
Director Integrated Marketing & Communications
is a pivotal role on our marketing team, designed for a dynamic professional with a robust skill set in storytelling across written, graphic, and video mediums. The director will spearhead the development and execution of comprehensive marketing communications strategies that align with business objectives, ensuring a cohesive brand voice across all platforms for each brand in the Lifespace Communities family. With a focus on creative influence, budget management, and performance optimization, the ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment and bring innovative solutions to drive growth. A portfolio showcasing relevant work is required.
A few details about the role:
Develop and implement comprehensive, integrated marketing communications plans to support the achievement of business objectives.
Lead brand storytelling across traditional, digital, social, video, and emerging media platforms, ensuring a unified voice and message.
Oversee relationships with external marketing, creative, and media agencies, ensuring alignment with brand goals, timelines, and budget.
Guide agencies in developing breakthrough creative concepts and campaigns that resonate with target audiences.
Foster communication with Regional Marketing Directors, other team members, and stakeholders to drive alignment on marketing priorities, strategies, and campaigns.
Own management of content marketing ecosystem, ensuring the right tools, budget, and resources are allocated to drive growth across brands, full-funnel campaigns, and platforms.
Identify relevant content for inclusion in sales support materials and own design and production of those materials in collaboration with regional marketing and health services marketing directors.
Define KPIs and optimize marketing activities based on performance data and insights capture in collaboration with Analysts to continuously improve campaign results and content engagement.
Cultivate partnerships with local media and PR firms to establish and execute on promoting relevant value-add stories and build brand awareness.
And here’s what you need to apply:
8-10 years of experience in integrated marketing including content marketing.
Bachelor’s degree in communications, Marketing, Journalism, or relevant field.
Written, graphic, and video-based storytelling skills.
Planning and execution of on-location filming, as well as interview and video editing experience preferred.
Direct mail, web content, email marketing experience and social media management (paid and organic) required.
Experience managing multiple brands simultaneously preferred.
Forecasting and budget management experience required.
Excellent organizational skills that can be maintained in a fast-paced environment.
