Warranty Data Analyst

in New Braunfels, Texas. The Warranty Data Analyst is responsible for maximizing profitability for warranty repair by driving business decisions through the development of warranty analytics.Rush Enterprises, Inc

Interpretation of Warranty/AR data, analyze results using statistical techniques and provide ongoing reports.Collection of data analytics and other strategies that optimize statistical efficiency and quality.Identification of key warranty metrics and trend performance.Identification of areas that are below expectation and set goals/timelines for improved performance.Identification and communication warranty and process improvement opportunities.Work with management to prioritize business and WCC table needs.Benefits:

Bachelor’s degree preferred.Minimum 2 years of experience as a data analyst.Practical experience in statistical analysis using statistical packages, including Excel, SSMS, and SQL.Other Skills and Abilities Required:

Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets.Technical expertise regarding data models, database design development, data mining, and segmentation techniques.Knowledge of statistics and experience using statistical packages for analyzing datasets (Excel, SPSS, SAS, etc.)Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.Strong SQL or Excel skills, with aptitude for learning other analytics tools.Proven success in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.Equal Opportunity Employer Minorities/Women/Protected Veterans/DisabledThis job posting does not state or imply that these are the only duties to be performed by this employee.
