We are seeking a
Business Analyst
who will communicate with clients to understand project requirements, evaluate current processes for improvements, and document specific requirements based on clients' needs.
ResponsibilitiesRequirements elicitation (using different techniques)Business Goals, Needs and Objectives DefinitionData analysis to ensure features are aligned with product Goals / Needs / Objectives and deliver the most Potential Solution ValueTranslation of business needs into requirements (Functional, Non-functional, Transition)Epics / Use Cases / User Stories creation based on selected BA documents structure (including Acceptance Criteria)Collaboration with stakeholders, SMEs, Development and QA teamsPlanning of Business Analysis Approach on the ProjectPlaying Scrum Master role if neededConducting Technical Interviews for BA positionsMentoring and coaching other BAs in the organization
RequirementsAt least 3 years of relevant BA experienceExperience in creating different types of requirementsAbility to identify inconsistencies in project requirementsExperience in working with Agile methodologies (e.g., Scrum, Kanban) or classic ones (e.g., Waterfall)Ability to plan Business Analysis Approach on the project and facilitate related communicationAbility to create/adapt a set of templates to be used in the projectExperience in creating diagrams (UML, BPMN)Understanding and ability to propose suitable software development processes and influence/enhance itAbility to effectively manage the scope of requirements within the project (communicate to stakeholders potential scope creep and manage such risk)Ability to support solution testing/UATGeneral knowledge about UX/UI and the ability to take part in designing activitiesAbility to coach/mentor others and relevant experienceSelf-managing skills, ability to take full responsibility for a subsystem or a whole project, work without supervisionAbility to effectively communicate with team members in complex environments (multi-cultural/multi-country/geographically distributed team) and customer representativesEnglish, at least at a C1 level. Comfortably able to read, write and speak with customers; able to write high-quality, unambiguous texts
Nice to haveEngineering or computer science education backgroundSkills in facilitating requirements estimation process at each project stage like RFP. Able to effectively use multiple estimation approachesExperience in SQLCertification in areas of Business Analysis, Scrum Master or Product OwnerExperience with JIRA, Confluence, Visio
