Rocket Lab’s IT team is responsible for how our global teams access information and run operations across our computer systems, networks, and devices. Based onsite at Rocket Lab’s facility in Albuquerque, NM, the Senior ERP Business Analyst is responsible for developing and maintaining the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system. You will support the ERP Manager and EIS organization, with deliverables required for site operations.WHAT YOU’LL GET TO DO:

Works as subject matter expert for enhancing and maintaining Infor (Syteline and LN) ERP and associated tools like Infor factory track.Work with teams in engineering, manufacturing, and corporate functions to develop ERP solutions as part of a service-oriented architecture.Participate in the ERP team to ensure support for business functions.Respond to continuous feedback loops with stakeholders.YOU’LL BRING THESE QUALIFICATIONS:

5+ years of experience and a bachelor’s degree or equivalent years of experience (9+ working years of experience).Experience with ERP/MES products including Syteline.Basic understanding of manufacturing business practices.Familiarity with SQL, particularly T-SQL.THESE QUALIFICATIONS WOULD BE NICE TO HAVE:

Experience working with Infor products.ERP development tools such as Infor Mongoose Framework, .NET, MS SQL server.Outstanding interpersonal, teamwork, and communication skills.Outstanding analytical and problem-solving abilities.Professional level certifications in Infor LN or Syteline.Experience in an agile software development environment and with DevOps methodology.Excellent time and project management abilities.ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS:

Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to focus.Regularly required to sit, use hands and fingers, operate computer keyboard and controls, and communicate verbally and in writing.Must be physically able to commute to buildings.Occasional exposure to dust, fumes and moderate levels of noise.WHAT TO EXPECT
