Notabene is growing—and we’re building our team to help shape the future of the crypto industry!The Director of Business Operations will play a key role in Notabene’s next phase of growth. If you thrive in a high-growth, fast-paced environment, this might be a perfect fit. You’ll be setting up the company’s blueprint for scaling. You’ll work cross-functionally with leaders from across the company to execute our strategic plan, report to the COO, and empower our management team with data-driven insights that support strategic decision-making. What you’ll do:
Drive smooth internal operations, including owning the OKR process, cross-team communication, and company-wide accountability and ownershipImplement and monitor real-time data dashboards to provide visibility into key company metricsDevelop data-driven analytics and key insights that inform business decisions and help the business growSet up new functions and teams, starting with revenue operationsWork closely with Finance, Sales, and other teams to solve complex business problems and drive operational planningFacilitate and own cross-team projects, ensuring alignment across teamsDesign, manage, and iterate on our operational and analytical systems and processes, getting us ready to scaleManage company-wide meetings and communications, and champion setting a high bar for what effective communication looks like for NotabeneYou’re a good fit if you have:
Extensive experience (6-10 years) in operations, including 3+ years in an early stage (Series A to C) software companyA bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or a related field. MBA is a plus!Passion for solving complex business problems, diving into data, driving process improvement, and leading change throughout an organizationStrategic thinker who is excited to roll-up their sleeves and executeThrive in uncertain, rapidly changing environmentsExcellent interpersonal skills and ability to drive consensus with internal and external stakeholdersExceptional project management, organizational, and time management skills, with the ability to lead cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environmentThe ability to work onsite at our Brooklyn, NY headquarters alongside our COOWe definitely want to talk if you have:
