Oversee service quality, maintain regular contact with individuals served and their support networks, manage support plans, and address complaints. Ensure programs meet licensure and certification standards and conduct evaluations and audits.Financial Management:
Ensure programs meet financial targets, manage budgets, and address financial needs. Collaborate on budget development and manage accounts receivable and expenditures.Personnel Management:
Supervise program managers, oversee hiring, training, and performance evaluations, and manage staff schedules and payroll.Residential Programs:
Ensure the maintenance and safety of facilities, comply with regulatory standards, and manage risk.Professionalism and Leadership:
Promote the organization's mission and values, represent the organization professionally, and participate in workgroups and committees.The role requires strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills to ensure the delivery of high-quality services and the achievement of organizational goals.Schedule:
The operational manager's schedule needs to be flexible to accommodate various program, personnel, and organizational needs, including after-hours, weekend emergencies, and phone calls.Minimum Qualifications:Must meet Designated Manager qualifications in accordance with the 245D requirements4-year degree in a human service field and a minimum of 1-year direct care experienceMinimum of 5 years of supervisory and personnel management experienceValid driver's license with acceptable driving recordCurrent auto liability insurance with reliable transportationRETENTION BONUS:
