SUE Sr. Field Supervisor
to join our Team in
Washington, DC

Responsibilities
Experienced performing ASCE 38-22 Quality Level A Utility Test Holes and Quality Level B utility designatingSupervise field crews for utility designating and utility test hole projectsPerform quality control checks of field work for utility designating and test holes.Mentor and train field staffRead and interpret utility maps and engineering plans to identify and mark underground utility locationsOperate different electronic detection equipment, to locate and mark under-ground facilities within prescribed accuracy limits.Provide accurate documentation and or sketches related to all locates completedExperienced in set-up of traffic control for utility test holes.Qualifications
15+ years experience locating utilitiesAbility to work outdoors in all types of weather and all types of field conditionsPhysical demands include extensive walking and bending. The employee must have the ability to open manhole covers and or other structure of varying weightsAbility to read and understand directional maps, topographic maps and various types of utility printsAbility to use and interpret various pieces of electromagnetic utility locating equipmentAbility to multi-task, i.e. make research calls for one project while commuting to another project, coordinate with crew members on various jobsWhy Join AMT?At AMT, we understand that our most valuable asset is our staff.
