Programs range from cohort-based open enrollment programs to long-term agency engagements to customized coaching and retreats.As a manager and facilitator, you will develop, facilitate and manage programs and projects that prepare federal leaders at all levels—from emerging leaders to executives—to build their leadership and management capacity, encourage innovation and improve the overall effectiveness of their agencies.
