Anaplan is looking for a tenacious SALES DEVELOPMENT MANAGER to join our SALES TEAM in MINNEAPOLIS, MN.We are looking forward thinking people to support our hard-working Sales Development Representatives, developing competitive strategies that consistently grow the top of the funnel, and partner closely with the field leaders. If you’re ready to conquer unique problems that no one else is solving, keep reading.Insight on Your Impact:Define the strategic objective and performance achievement for the SDRsMonitor lead processes, metrics, and accelerate pipeline creationKeep in front of and coach SDRs on pipeline generating best practicesReport operational and financial KPIs to leadershipMotivate, incentivize, and recognize team members to encourage top performanceRecruit, interview, and onboard new SDR team members to support global expansionConduct weekly 1:1s with each SDRAlignment with your industry lead AVPActive participant and approach around “Getting 1%” better every dayYour Qualifications, your influence:To be successful in the role, you must possess the following skills:2+ years as SDR/BDR (business development rep) or inside sales experience, preferably at an enterprise software company selling SaaS / Cloud applications1+ years of management experience (SDR or Sales)Strong preference for OUTBOUND experience, not just handling inbound leadsSolid track record of successfully leading a high performing teamStrong understanding of outbound pipeline generation processesEnthusiastic & high energy motivatorExcellent communication and presentation skillsStrong social skills and emotional intelligenceAnalytical & comfortable generating reports and identifying trends in dataFamiliarity with technology such as SFDC, DemandBase, Drift, Outreach, DiscoverOrg, ZoomInfo, and Sales Navigator is a plus but not a requirementAdept at introducing, training, and implementing activity metricsOur Commitment to Diversity, Equity, Inclusion and BelongingBuild your career in a place that thrives on diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging.
