POSITION SUMMARY

The Boutique Assistant Manager supports all aspects of the retail store operations and leadership for the Sales Associate team. The successful candidate will possess the ability to:Elevate and empower a teamSupport strategies for maximizing sales and profits within the boutiqueMotivates selling specialists through accountability and empowermentSupports the vision of how to create loyalty to the TAG Heuer brandUnderstands and builds connections within the broader community and marketCollaborates to build viable marketing and event conceptsFacilitates conflict resolution with agility, empathy, and confidenceStrong communication skills with team members, customers, and corporate supportDedicated to meeting the expectations and requirements of internal and external clientsSales Generation:

Achieves monthly and annual sales targets by utilizing in-depth, updated product knowledge, selling and customer service skillsMaintains client book. Regularly follows up with clients and meets monthly clienteling sales goalsAssists Boutique Manager with execution of store marketing initiativesCustomer Service:

Provides superior customer serviceGreets all customersOffers assistance in accordance with store customer rotation systemAnswers all customer questions, offers alternate product if requested product is not availableSeeks assistance when unable to fully meet customer needsProcesses customer repairs when requestedSends thank you notes to customers within two weeks of a purchaseMaintains store log of customer product requestsOperations:

Understands and adheres to all store operational procedures including, but not limited to, opening and closing guidelines, inventory display and presentation guidelines, shipping/receiving policies, etc.Conducts daily inventory counts and compares in-store quantities to VRP data. Reconciles all discrepancies with Store Manager dailyEnsures facility maintenance, presentation and organizationExhibits proficiency in computer programs used by the CompanyIn absence of Boutique Manager:

Responsible for opening and/or closing store. Ensures all opening/closing procedures are accomplishedReceives any delivered product into inventory and makes sure it is merchandised correctlyKNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES

Minimum of 5 years store management experience encompassing above essential functionsExperience working in a luxury retail environmentTrack record of increasing sales and build revenue and profitabilityDemonstrated ability to develop a business through client engagement leveraging data, promotional and event strategiesExperience with training, developing and retaining sales staffRobust skillset in Excel, PowerPoint, and other business softwareAbility to adeptly manage multiple projects simultaneously with strong attention to detailDemonstrated ability to communicate with customers, co-workers, and business contacts in an engaging, empathetic, and professional mannerAbility to work independently with minimal supervisionAgility and flexibility in handling complex challengesREEDS Jewelers offers a comprehensive compensation program that includes health/dental/life/LTD insurance, 401k, merchandise discounts, career growth and a drug free workplace.REEDS Jewelers is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
