JR1000022768Hours of Work:Days Of Week:Work Shift:Job Description:Your Job:In this fast-paced and challenging position, you will have the end-to-end responsibility of service delivery management of projects, service requests, and other strategic initiatives of the Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) team while supporting the mission, vision, values, and strategic goals of Methodist Health System. This is accomplished through use of service delivery management best practices including activities related to demand intake, demand prioritization, task management, communication, and stakeholder management. Achievement of this primary function requires an individual who possesses knowledge of the service delivery management methodology, agile/scrum methodology, user of various task management tools, and various aspects of HR deliverables. This role will require working in close collaboration with various other departments such as HR COEs, Information Technology, and senior leadership.Your Job Requirements:Three years working experience in application management services related to HRISProject management skillsAgile technologies and toolsEffective communication skills at all levelsGood understanding of HRIS platforms such as WorkdayWork in a dynamic environmentFunctions well as a member of a teamHandle confidential dataAttention to details, tracking tasks as per timelines, clear and transparent communicationYour Responsibilities:Build tools and reporting mechanism to provide accurate status of demand/backlogBuild agile mechanism and release calendar to plan regular releases related to ongoing enhancements and strategic initiativesPrepare release communication for employees, managers, and leadershipPrepare user training documents related to various releasesBuild and operate a mechanism to track various deliverables and action items, and ensure timely completionEnsure appropriate documentation related to all release items and service delivery topicsCoordinate with other stakeholders for platform releases such as WorkdayCoordinate team meetings, publish agendas, and track action itemsSupport other initiatives related to team effectivenessAbout Us
