What will I be doing?
Assist with the planning and development of new and existing large-scale projects.
Support supervisor on multiple projects, including those overseeing the team management for early child care quality services.
Assist in the development of action plans to streamline processes and achieve expected outcomes in a timely manner.
Ensure programs and services are delivered in accordance with the Workforce Board’s directive and compliant with all federal, state, and local laws and regulations.
Work productively with a diverse team of individuals.
Read, review, interpret, and enact written guidance from state, federal, and local governments.
Review fiscal information and make recommendations that influence system budgeting.
Key Qualifications
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Time management skills.
Ability to analyze, interpret, and present strategies, leading to successful deliverables and outcomes.
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suites and SharePoint.
Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
Do you have…
Bachelor’s degree in an applicable academic discipline or related field of study.
3 years of experience working with local government, nonprofit programs, school, or in job-related duties.
