OverviewResponsible for creating and executing a strategy for enhancing and elevating the donor experience at Riverside Foundation. Sets priorities for multiple donor engagement projects and helps identify and advance cultivation and stewardship methods for all teams at the Riverside Foundation. The Officer creates and executes a multi-channeled approach to donor recognition including publications, digital marketing, and gratitude centers and displays within facilities. In coordination with other Donor Engagement & Communication team members, develops and leads storytelling tactics across our print, digital, video, media outlets, and signature events to increase donor awareness of and engagement with the Riverside Foundation. Works closely with the Chief Philanthropy Officer and Philanthropic Gift Officers in creating comprehensive and individual stewardship plans to ensure proper recognition and stewardship of donors at all levels. Manages multiple projects, deadlines and competing priorities, and will be measured by key performance indicators and fundraising metrics.

What you will doCreates and executes an overarching donor cultivation and stewardship strategy that increases awareness of Riverside Foundation as a gift destination and the impact of gifting. This strategy will use print, digital marketing, video, and media outlets as channels for storytelling and engaging our donor audiences. Partners with Annual Giving and Special Event colleagues to propel solicitation and cultivation strategies for special event donors including creating and leading storytelling content needed to cultivate doors during events.Creates and oversees donor recognition in all print, digital, video, media outlets, gratitude centers, donor displays, and other facility recognition, including naming opportunities. Implements accurate and timely recognition of donors and gifts while using innovative and dynamic approaches to recognition as a stewardship tool.In partnership with the Foundation services team, compiles up-to-date, timely, and compelling gift impact information to inform solicitation, cultivation, and stewardship projects including publications, proposals, presentations, and event programming.Works with Chief Philanthropy Officer, Philanthropic Gift Officers, and others to create, track, and implement aspects of individual stewardship plans for major gift and transformational donors and ensures accurate recording of activity and information in partnership with Foundation services team.Management of vendor relationships for productivity, quality control, and effectiveness with a focus on efficiency of process, implementation of product and cost.

Qualifications

EducationBachelors Degree, Related Field (Required)
