Capital Markets Associate – Palo Alto

We are looking to speak with experienced capital markets associates to join our client’s Capital Markets practice in Palo Alto.This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced capital markets associate to lead headline-grabbing transactions across the entire spectrum of equity and debt capital markets in Palo Alto.Responsibilities include:Work on all traditional capital markets transactions, including IPOs, SPACs, follow-on equity offerings, block trades, “at the market” offerings, investment grade debt, high-yield debt, convertible debt, and private placements.Structure and execute non-traditional and complex capital markets transactions, including tender offers, exchange offers, consent solicitations, rights offerings, spin-offs, recapitalizations, restructurings, and other customized transactions.This is a career advancing opportunity to build relationships with a diverse range of public and private companies of all sizes.Annual salary: $295,000 – $415,000.The work is rewarding, the team is fantastic, and the career development and market exposure is the next level.For a confidential chat about this or other roles we are handling, please do get in touch!
