A super organized human who excels at setting and managing vendor and team expectations, developing a detailed project plan, defining the scope of the project, understanding project risks, and assigning team members to specific tasks. The role requires the ability to work across a wide array of jobs, such as merchandise management, photo shoot coordination, in-building project needs, and managing and developing marketing materials.
Responsibilities
Support the team through day-to-day management, implementation, and oversight of internal projects with a creative problem mindsetWork directly with Flow teams, vendors, and sponsors to create and execute on timelines and produce deliverables across photo shoots, merchandise, magazine, events, digital, building needs, and anything else we come up with togetherMonitor and track department performance against goals and objectives to ensure that expectations are met and exceededAssist with creation and beautification of internal and external presentationsAlongside directors, develop and manage short- and long-term operational budgets, and advise when additional budget staffing, or assistance is neededEnsure team members across the organization are aligned and informed of expectations, dates, budgets, and other metrics toward smooth execution of initiativesWork with merchandise production companies and vendors to bring to life a fun and unique product line for Flow and our magazine (e.g., tees, hoodies, workout gear, candles, drinkware) from concept to design to fulfillment to inventory managementDemonstrate dedication to building and growing a strong and sustainable team environment.Ideal Background
4+ years of related experienceHighly organized with excellent communication skills, both verbal and writtenStrong understanding and skills in timeline creation and management, client communication, and digital, print, event, and experiential project managementKnowledgeable and experienced in project management tools (e.g., Slack,
Monday.com , spreadsheets – others you’ll teach us about!)Ability to travel as neededProficient in Keynote or Google Slides, bonus if able to do basic work in Adobe Creative Suite.
