About The Role

We seek a detail-oriented

Project Coordinator

who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about managing multiple projects simultaneously. This role is crucial in adapting creative marketing content to various languages while ensuring cultural authenticity. You will play a vital role in ensuring that our clients’ messages are not only translated but transformed to engage audiences effectively. What You’ll Do

Project Preparation:

Partner with Producers to outline detailed project workflows, including language selection, deliverables, and creative direction tailored to specific cultural contexts.

Resource Identification:

Analyze client industries and objectives to source and select top-tier linguists, editors, and creative professionals for each project.

Roadmap Development:

Create comprehensive project roadmaps that specify timelines, milestones, and deliverables, ensuring all stakeholders are aligned.

Technology Utilization:

Leverage our translation management system to access translation memories and glossaries, ensuring consistent adherence to brand voice and style.

Quality Assurance:

Conduct thorough final checks on deliverables, ensuring they meet both client specifications and our quality standards.

Supplier Onboarding:

Facilitate the testing and onboarding of new suppliers, ensuring they meet our high-quality standards for project execution.

Special Projects Support:

Participate in cross-functional initiatives aimed at enhancing operational efficiency and improving client satisfaction.

Where You’ll Work:

Requirements

Education:

Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field (e.g., Communications, Marketing, Project Management).

Experience:

1-3 years in project management, specifically within localization, translation, or digital marketing.

Skills:

Exceptional organizational and time management abilities.

Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Proficiency in using project management and translation management tools.

Ability to adapt quickly and learn in a dynamic environment.
