investment banking, private equity, or real estate , and are passionate about financial modeling, strategic advisory, and transaction support, we invite you to join us as aSenior Real Estate Advisory Associate .About the Position:As a Senior Associate, you will be driving and supporting the company's activities across multiple developer clients with exposure to the full value chain of the commercial real estate strategy and finance.Your role will involve quantitative responsibilities including underwriting new acquisition and development opportunities, FP&A, investor reporting, portfolio analysis, due diligence, and assisting in the capital raising process.Your qualitative responsibilities will include supporting senior team members with client, investor, lender, and meetings. This will evolve into an ongoing cultivation of industry relationships. Provide leadership, mentorship, guidance for the junior team, setting a positive example that aligns with the company’s values, culture, and goals.
