The Associate Design Director will lead projects for key clients through all phases of the design process. This includes the development of big picture strategic directions for big brands, conceptual design research and exploration, critiquing and refining final execution, and ensuring design intent is maintained through the production phase. The Associate Design Director will engage with the Design Director on a strategic level; brainstorming, sketching, storytelling, mood boards and verbalizing ideas and strategic directions prior to execution.What You’ll Do

We are seeking individuals who aren’t afraid of design challenges and love working on big brands.Looking for multi-disciplinary individuals with a strong sense of problem solving.A high level of craftsmanship.Have a firm understanding of trend awareness.Have the ability to inspire design in each project brief.Can be an ambassador for the design discipline.Represent design in a collaborative team of strategy, creative and production.What You’ll Need

Must have 7+ years of related experience.Will have demonstrated strategic knowledge of design nomenclature, brand identity best practices, and experience developing branded ecosystems (brand manuals and style guides).Strong presentation skills that include the ability to sell, explain, and substantiate design thinking, direction, and solutions are very important.Ability to handle the design process from concept through completion. Strong conceptual thinking, incredible craft, and attention to detail.Experience overseeing digital, motion, photography, and production vendors.The candidate must have excellent technical skills in Adobe’s Creative Suite (e.g., Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, and Keynote).Experience with motion, UX/UI, and 3D software.How We’ll Support You
