DescriptionAt NAI Burns Scalo, we are seeking an experienced
Senior Project Manager – Owner Representative
to join our team supporting a new project in Washington County, PA. The assignment is an estimated 36-month long, $40-50MM construction project consisting of major structural demolition, environmental abatement, new ground up construction, and interior fitout(s).Learn and master the Owner’s programming requirements i.e. all documents, drawings, engineering studies, and other similar pertinent materials that affect the use and development of the project. Recommend due diligence investigations of the site, where warranted.Assist Owner & Design Consultants in obtaining all necessary approvals, permits, and entitlements necessary for project execution. Attend all necessary meetings with AHJ’s on behalf of the owner.Continually work with Owner to establish, update, and maintain/track each facet of the overall project budget.Recommend, negotiate, and contract with all necessary design professionals and sub-consultants as necessary.Develop CPM schedules for all phases of the project. Update and track schedules weekly. Present schedules to Owner, Design Consultants, & Contractor(s) during regular weekly/biweekly meetings.Work with Owner & Governmental Agencies to prepare and issue all RFP/RFQs for the various bid phases and scopes of the project including but not limited to building decommissioning, environmental abatement, demolition, special foundation systems, new ground up construction, structured parking garage construction, interior fitouts, and site improvements.Compile, qualify, and evaluate all contractor & subcontractor bids for each phase of the project. Prepare & present bid package to Owner inclusive of all Owner’s Representative’s recommendations.RequirementsWhat You BringStrong ability to prepare, manage, and track budgets effectively.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written) with a proven track record of collaborating successfully with architects, contractors, owners’ representatives, and team members.Flexibility with work hours and availability for travel, estimated at 20-25%.Minimum of ten years of relevant experience required.Preferred background in construction management or real estate.Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, or business required.What We OfferNAI Burns Scalo combines numerous pay and benefits strategies to provide a comprehensive total rewards package.
