Skills:
Military Training, Training Management, Training Support, and Operations at Division or Higher: Logistics and property management; detailed knowledge of Army Mission Command Training Support Program (MCTSP)
Certifications:
MEL 4
Experience:
Battalion or higher command experience; Ten (10) years supervisory experience
Site Manager position; HICOM Support Teams positions; Senior Trainer Teams positions-
Battalion Command qualified (higher echelon preferred)
MEL 4 Required (MEL 1 Desired)
Secret Clearance required (Division Level Trainers must obtain Top Secret)
Combat Training Center experience
Brigade or higher primary staff experience in Warfighting Function specialty
HICOM Teams must possess Masters Degree; 20 years experience in the Active Army; two (2) years experience in exercise planning using the Joint Event Life Cycle (JELC) process; knowledgeable in the employment and operation of Army Mission Command Information Systems (MCIS)
Clearance Level:
Secret or Top Secret depending on the position
Work Locations:Fort Indiantown Gap, PAFort Leavenworth, KSFort Chaffee, ARCamp Dodge, IACamp Atterbury, INGowen Field, OR
Additional Work Locations:National Guard Unit Headquarters and Armories throughout each region
